Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Adesta LLC was founded in 1988 as Kiewit Network Technologies by Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc. In 1992 the company became MFS Network Technologies and changed its name to Adesta in 2002 when a financial partnership of Adesta management and McCarthy Group acquired the assets and employees of the Company.
Today, Adesta is managed by executives from the telecommunications, construction and security industries and is well on its way to becoming the leader in providing innovative turnkey solutions for advanced communication networks and security systems.
The meaning behind Adesta
Adesta comes from the Latin verb “adeo.” When translated, Adesta means “all come together.” The various elements
incorporated in the Adesta corporate logo help convey this meaning. The point going through the circle represents the
leadership role of our company, while the circular shape reinforces the “coming together” origin of our company name.
