 As Adesta's Vice President of Operations, Bruce Downing provides oversight and coordination for communications, security, and systems integration projects. He also has senior management responsibility for Adesta's safety department. His duties include: manpower coordination; recruitment and development of staff; monitoring contract performance; vendor and subcontract negotiations; and maintenance of customer relationships. Mr. Downing has over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and maintenance industry in various craft and supervisory roles.
