Rob Hile is Vice President of Business Development for Adesta. He has senior management responsibility for the company’s
sales and marketing initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, Hile has given his attention
to numerous high-profile government institutions such as the Transportation Security Administration, the General Services
Administration, the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy. Before joining the Adesta team, Hile held senior
management level positions with Convergint Technologies, GVI Samsung and TAC-Americas.
